About the Role:
Adobe is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Manager of Project Management to lead its software development projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership. This role involves managing all aspects of project lifecycles, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

The Manager of Project Management will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to define project scopes, allocate resources, monitor progress, and resolve issues. Building strong working relationships and fostering a collaborative environment are essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Management:

Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.

Establish project goals, success criteria, and performance metrics.

Ensure projects stay on track through regular monitoring, reporting, and adjustments as needed.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve high performance.

Assign tasks based on team members’ skills and workload.

Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and sales.

Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and external partners.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.

Risk Management & Problem-Solving:

Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.

Address challenges quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Apply critical thinking and creativity to overcome obstacles and drive project success.

Budget & Resource Management:

Develop, track, and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability.

Optimize resource allocation and manage project expenditures to maximize efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience: At least 5+ years of proven project management experience, preferably in software development or tech environments.

Project Delivery: Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Working knowledge of project management software is essential.

Compensation & Benefits:

According to JobzMall, the salary range for this role is $60,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience, job location, and qualifications.
